If there’s one thing I love on any hike, bike ride, run, or gym workout, it’s ice-cold water when I’m sweating hard and working up a thirst. Thanks to Hydro Flask’s insulated Sport Bottle, I can take that water with me anywhere I go.
The 20-ounce bottle carries just enough liquid to keep me hydrated (with a few sips for my wife or hiking buddy, if I’m feeling generous), but what makes it a bottle worth carrying is:
A) the insane durability of the stainless steel exterior, and
B) the double-wall vacuum insulation that keeps my water ice-cold for up to 24 hours.
If I ever want to pack a hot drink (say, when I’m snowboarding), it maintains heat for as long as 12 hours.
It’s also got a lot of other great features I appreciate: the wide mouth makes it easy to add ice cubes en masse, the cap is fully leakproof when closed, and the shape makes it easy to carry for hours.
It’s also sized just right to fit in my backpack’s water bottle pocket or in the bottle holder on my bike.
